clients’ own dedicated nearshore software development teams in Ukraine.
The organization is privately held, its office is situated in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
The management of Ainstainer Group is made up of its 3 founders - software development
experts with profound experience. The team has strong knowledge and experience in
outsourcing and team building.
We are Agile
We follow Agile software development methodologies. They enable short development
cycles and complete some tangible piece of shippable work at the end of each iteration.
We are focusing on getting things done instead of drawing the perfect UML model,
writing the perfect requirements document or writing the code that that will be
able to accommodate all imaginable future changes. Transparency is one of the core
values of Ainstainer Group, we keep stakeholders as informed as possible and letting them make
