Ainstainer Group innovatively focuses on establishing Agile Teams in Ukraine. The mission of the service is to combine Agile benefits (time to market, performance and quality) with nearshore outsourcing benefit (availability of qualified talents, cost reduction, scaling up\down without local layoff).

Applying Agile methods helps Teams work more effectively and stay out of all the outsourcing problems. Teams have a shared ownership, support personal relationship and decide upon the architecture together. We mainly focus on people instead of adding more processes and do our best to collaborate with individuals who develop software as a team sport and are already proud of the system, esteem Agile way of working and knowledge sharing.

1. We get your request and define your expectations
2. We search for the right candidates, examine them and provide you with the resumes of the developers that match your requirements and expectations
3. You make your choice interviewing and selecting those you liked
4. We hire the personnel for you and set up the team
5. When the team has been established, they travel to the client’s office to work together for 2 iterations to:
   1. Get insight into the domain and the client’s business
   2. Norm the sessions for the team
   3. Form personal relationships
   4. Take pride of the system
6. After 2 iterations the team returns to the Ukrainian office where:
   1. The same Scrum rules are employed
   2. Video conferencing is used for communication
   3. Planning poker with digital tools are applied to estimate
   4. Digital Scrum boards are exercised to track tasks and progress
