Client team

The purpose of this service is to let companies extend their existing teams or create their own team in Ukraine.

We comprise a team according to the customer’s requirements to work remotely under the customer’s direct control. Our services include recruiting and retention, back-office and operations support. The customer manages his team as he would manage his on-site team, therefore preventing lots of outsourcing failures.

Our recruiting department searches for the developers, which is free of charge and would take 2-5 weeks depending on the skills required. The resumes of suitable candidates are sent to the customer. Then he can interview the programmers via telephone or Skype.

The programmers are monthly paid. Payment consists of the developer’s salary and the additional cost (which includes office costs, equipment, internet access, staff retention, taxes and fee for the company). The additional cost depends on the number of team members, the more developers are in the client team, the lower is the additional cost for each developer.

This service is oriented to long-term relationships. The customer achieves the best development quality by selecting the most talented resources and building the team spirit, yet without investing costs and efforts into a hiring process, establishment and support activities. The team is flexible to scale up/down, the salaries of each team member are under the customer’s control. An employee is a member of the client team with its own culture, style of work and management structure. Each team member can communicate directly with the client, discuss openly various issues and suggest solutions.
